Flip Home with Moisture Issues in Elkhart, Indiana
This Elkhart, Indiana home was bought for a flip home. The customer knew he had to address moisture issues in order to get this house sold. They quickly gave Nova Basement Systems a call to address the issues.
Our System Design Specialist, Chris Young, came to evaluate the property. He concluded that this basement would need a SuperSump®, our Flangeless WaterGuard® System, an IceGuard (to prevent freezing), and an UnderGround Downspout discharge line.
With a plan set in motion, Co-Foremen Joe Nichols, Ignacio Reyes, and their Installation Technicians straightened out this basement in no time! This customer was able to get this house on the market knowing the moisture issues had been taken care of.

It can wreak havoc on plumping, discharges, and drain tiles designed to navigate water away from your foundation. We had to specially design this basements waterproofing solution to accommodate the amount of water they bring in and to also allow a way to clean that iron ochre from their system.
