"The crew worked very hard, carrying supplies up and down the basement stairs, removing the old concrete and bringing in their equipment. The work started early on a Monday, and finished on a Wednesday. I was very satisfied. Mike the salesman was very good at explaining the UIltrapump, and my calls to the office staff were very politely answered."
