A basement in Evansville, IN was having a water leak through the windows. The windows were old and rotted on the sides, which allowed water to seep into the basement, causing a mess for the homeowner to maintain. If water is finding its way inside the basement, it can cause mold to form on the edges of the window. The homeowner was ready to switch out the old and leaky window for a more protective and lasting one which will be the most energy-efficient option.

In Evansville, IN, a family needed their windows replaced due to water leakage. Upon arrival and inspection of the windows, the glass was cracked, with dirt crusted onto the frame of the window. The TripleSafe sump pump is the king of all sump pumps due to the ability to store three sump pumps in one liner. Pump one is a high-quality Zoeller pump. Pump two is set a bit higher in the sump hole, that turns on in the event the first pump would fail or can not keep up. The second pump is more powerful and has a separate discharge line. Pump three is a battery-operated UltraSump pump that kicks in if the power goes out. The homeowner was relieved to know that their new sump pump system will keep their basement dry from future storms. 

A homeowner in Princeton, IN, was having leaking issues in the cement of their basement floor. Water leakage in a basement can be a nuisance when it is preventing you from using the extra space for safe storage. The basement was lacking a proper drain around the bottom of the foundation, causing the water entering the basement to remain on the floor. A trench was created beside the bottoms of the walls for the WaterGuard system to go into. The WaterGuard system has a built-in 3/8-inch gap between the floor and the wall to drain the wall leaks. To fix the bowing issues, push piers are installed alongside the walls to stabilize and straighten the foundation. The homeowner felt relieved to know that not only their basement would no longer be leaking, but the foundation would no longer be an issue. 

A church in Mount Vernon, IN, needed a sump pump replacement. Someone from the church had reached out to us in hopes of purchasing a Zoeller pump that would last much longer compared to the plastic one that was currently in use. During heavy rainfall, the old sump pump that was in use, could not keep up with the amount of water coming in, causing small puddles to form on the ground of the basement. The pump needs to be replaced with a reliable cast-iron pump in case of a plumbing leak. A pump transformation was underway!

The UltraSump pump was the best option to be installed in the basement. The UltraSump is made up of the sump liner on the outside, that has holes all over to accept water directly from the ground. An airtight sump lid prevents water from evaporating into your basement, to stop stuff from falling and clogging the pump. A floor drain in the sump lid is included if the basement were to ever flood, there would be a hole for the water to escape to. A pump stand is placed inside the sump liner to elevate the pump above the bottom of the sump liner, allowing sediment, mud, and debris, to settle to the bottom without clogging or otherwise affecting the pump. In case the sump pump would ever fails or if the basement was in danger of flooding, a pump alarm is fastened on top of the airtight lid. A battery-powered alarm that sounds automatically when the water reaches a level above the point where the pump should normally turn on is essential. With the new sump pump being installed, the church will now be dry, even on rainy days.
