A homeowner in Hartford City, Indiana was very concerned about the stability of the wood floors in his home.  Our Certified Inspector Devon did a thorough inspection and noticed several areas of the floor had a dropped and required extensive support of the crawl space floor joists.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Miguel, Edwin, and Ramon installed a total of 10 SmartJack support posts with a steel supplemental beam. 

A homeowner in Hartford City, Indiana had noticeable exterior foundation cracks caused by soil settlement over time.  The issues were so severe that the wall was beyond repair, and a full foundation wall rebuild was recommended by our certified inspector Isaac.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Marcos, Eliuc, and Camilo completed a completed foundation block wall rebuild for permanent stabilization.  

A homeowner in Ossian, Indiana was concerned about low spots in his floors above his crawl space.  Our Certified Inspector Isaac recommended having the crawl space sealed to prevent moisture and humidity from passing through and support posts to stabilize the floor joists.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Miguel, Edwin, and Ramon encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed SmartJack support posts for floor stabilization. 

Homeowner Emily had some water issues and cracks in her basement walls.  Our Foreman Nolan and his crew members Nate and Daulton corrected the water issues by installing a WaterGuard French Drainage System, a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier.  The foundation wall issues were resolved with PowerBraces, which restored stability. 

Homeowners Cindy and Perry had large cracks in walls inside their hiome as a result of poor foundation structure.  Our production crew installed Helical Piers on the exterior of the home to stabilize the foundation.
