Homeowner Julie had sagging floors in her home and a wet, damp crawl space.  Our Foreman Nolan and his crew installed the SmartJack Support Beam System in the crawl space to stabilize the sagging floors and encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to prevent moisture from passing through the ground.  

Homeowner Andrea had some water issues in her basement.  Our production team installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to keep the basement dry at all times.

Foreman Evert and his crew installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system to manage water intrusion, along with CleanSpace Drainage Matting and a CleanSpace Wall System to help control moisture from the walls and floor. BrightWall panels were added in designated areas for a clean, reflective finish, and SilverGlo insulation was installed to improve energy efficiency. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was also added to keep humidity low. To complete the transformation, the team installed Elite Plank Flooring in gray—giving the basement a modern, finished look that's built to last.
