A homeowner in Whitestown, Indiana was concerned about low spots in her floors and was interested in replacing his existing vapor barrier.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Nazario, Olvin, and Edwin encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed SmartJack support posts to stabilize the floor joists. 

An American Legion Post in Galveston, Indiana had issues with water leaking into the basement and bowing walls.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin and Dennis installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system around the perimeter of the basement to collect water passing through the walls and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump pump.  The crew installed PowerBraces to stabilize the basement foundation walls.  

A homeowner in Mentone, Indiana noticed large exterior foundation cracks forming and they recently starting to get even bigger.  Our Certified Inspector Devon recommended completely replacing the existing block crawl space foundation, because it was beyond repair.  Our Emilio and his crew members Jose, Eliuc, and Marcos rebuilt the block foundation for a permanent solution.
