New basement windows installed to help energy efficiency.  

This basement in Davenport wanted a sump pump system that would work hard to keep their basement dry and the patented TripleSafe is a 3 in 2 unit designed to do just that and more. The first pump is a Zoeller M-53 and does most of the pumping. The second pump is a Zoeller M-98 more powerful and kicks on if water rises above the first pump. The UltraSump is the battery back-up of the unit and is activated during a power outage. The TripleSafe unit is designed to work in harmony to protect the basement from potential floods. The unit is also smart enough to alert the homeowners if there is a problem that requires attention. The TripleSafe is a superior unit that is not only efficient and powerful but also has a sleek and clean design.

A new SuperSump pump was put into an existing sump pit and looks great! This will help keep this homeowner's basement dry.

In this before picture, there are bunch of weeds so there isn't much sunlight getting into the basement. The new SunHouse is intalled and the weeds are taken out so that sunlight can reach the basement. The SunHouse allows sunlight in, but also keeps water out of the window area.
