Chris was noticing after heavy rains, water would seep in through his block foundation, causing the basement to become wet. He reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have the problem resolved. Marion, IA Home Installed WaterGuard and CleanSpace
Bryan’s basement walls were beginning to leak, causing water to reach its way to the floor. He had a sump pump, but it wasn’t effective since the water was on the surface of the floor. Bryan reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have his issue solved. Design specialist, Joe Sarb, advised him of the CleanSpace and WaterGuard systems to improve his waterproofing system. Installing a CleanSpace liner to the wall helps guide the seeping water down the wall, while creating a moisture barrier between the wall and rest of the basement. As the water travels down the wall, WaterGuard collects and directs it to the sump pump. Because of the wall flange in the WaterGuard system, water can enter leaving debris out, keeping the line clean. Bryan no longer worries of water seeping in his foundation walls and getting on his floor.
