Dave and Tammy have renters in their second home, and were alerted when the basement started leaking. They reached out to MidAmerica Basement Systems to have the home inspected, and hopefully come up with a solution. Joe not only offered them a solution of WaterGuard and a SuperSump to waterproofing the basement, but brought attention the bowing wall. He suggested that a PowerBrace system be installed to permanently stabilized the wall and prevent any future worsening. The PowerBraces also offer the option of tightening the I-Beam and potentially straighten the wall back to normal. Dave and Tammy’s tenants can now live in a waterproofed, stable home.
