Martin and Imelda have a limestone foundation that always leaked but never know how to waterproof it. When they spoke with Dan from MidAmerica Basement Systems, they were finally relieved that there was a solution. CleanSpace is a thick vapor barrier that is place along the walls, permanently sealing them from the rest of the basement. A WaterGuard system was installed along the perimeter of the basement to help collect the seeping wall water and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump pump to be discharged out of the basement. A SaniDry Sedona was also installed to help keep humidity and moisture levels in control.
