Sunken Front Porch Slab Raised in Somerset, Kentucky
PolyLevel work was needed on this front porch slab, which was sinking into the ground because it was on the same type of soil as the right side of the home, (which received piers.) PolyLevel requires small injection holes calculatedly spread across the porch to carefully lift the porch back to its original position. The PolyLevel foam is very durable and light, so it won't allow the porch to continue to sink after lifted.

After attaching the piers to the footers of the foundation, we used hydraulics to raise the foundation back to where it was originally.

In the before picture, you can see the existing concrete pier was barely holding onto anything. We installed our SmartJack post system to ensure the floors of this home are supported properly.
