PolyLevel work was needed on this front porch slab, which was sinking into the ground because it was on the same type of soil as the right side of the home, (which received piers.) PolyLevel requires small injection holes calculatedly spread across the porch to carefully lift the porch back to its original position. The PolyLevel foam is very durable and light, so it won't allow the porch to continue to sink after lifted.

This basement wall was caving in which is something that needs to be taken pretty seriously. It's important that bowing walls are help up by products that are strong, reliable, and durable, just like our PowerBrace's seen here. 

As we see with most bowed walls, there was a large horizontal crack in the block wall just below the frost line. You see, when water freezes underground outside your foundation, it causes the water to expand and push inwards towards your basement. Our repair is simple, but very effective. Our steel I-beams are very unique in their design and strength compared to most other steel beam options. Our PowerBraces, as we call them, are made of a high strength steel that prevents rust and other types of failures that you see with other I-beams. They are also designed to prevent damage to your floor joists and floors through weight dissipation. This homeowner had a sidewalk in front of their home that was sinking into the ground. We used a Polylevel injection system to raise the concrete sidewalk for the homeowner. In the After photo, there is no longer a space between the step and the sidewalk, and you can also see that the corner of the sidewalk is no longer flush with the ground, and has been lifted up to the correct height. 

This basement had a lot of hydro static pressure coming from their foundation walls, resulting in bowed in walls and basement leaks. We fixed this by installing a full interior perimeter waterproofing system and installing PowerBraces over the bowed walls. When you waterproof a basement, it helps relieve that water pressure off of the walls, helping the PowerBraces out even further. We waterproofed by installing WaterGuard drains under the basement floor along the perimeter, and hooked the drains up to a SuperSump sump pump. Lastly, we installed BrightWall panels that cover the dirty walls and help filter water coming from the walls to the drainage system.
