I can't say enough about Michael! He is just absolutely wonderful. I was told my appointment would be between 1-4. Michael called me at 9 am and said he'd be there at 11:05 and that's exactly when he showed up.

Michael found something wrong under the house unrelated to The Basement Doctor's work and brought it to my attention. We have a plumber taking care of it now. 

Don't lose Michael! I want him back next year when we need service again.
