This basement had a bowing wall, causing cracking and separation of the block. We installed the PowerBrace wall stabilization system to permanently stabilize this home's foundation wall. It comes with a 25-year warranty against further bowing, tipping or shearing. In addition, this system has the ability to be tightened periodically over time, putting reverse pressure on the bowing wall which helps to straighten it.  We also installed ThermalWall vapor barrier to keep moisture out and the warm air in. 

We installed an Egress Rockwell System because it is by far the best egress window well system available on the market. We also installed a WellDuct window well drain to guarantee that the water in the window well will never flood into the basement.

This customer wanted to sell their home but needed to get it waterproofed first.  We removed moldy paneling and replaced their inadequate sump with a SuperSump.  We installed WaterGuard to control the water issues and installed SilverGlo insulation on the walls with inserted studs so the customers can replace his own panels. 

This homeowner struggled with moisture and musty odors in his crawl space. Our team encapsulated the crawl space with our tried and true CleanSpace vapor barrier system, and installed our SilverGlo insulation along the walls. This duo is our go-to for problems just like this!

This house had problems with bouncy and sagging floors.  We installed three SmartJacks with galvanized steel beams to help carry the load of the joist. First we dig holes in the floor and filled them with crushed stone to provide a base for the SmartJacks.  Then we install the jacks with 8 foot long galvanized steel beams.  This solved the problem.  The floor is nice and sturdy.
