Before, a homeowner in Elkton, MD, faced the all-too-common problem of basement leaks – specifically in their unfinished utility area, disrupting their peace of mind and the functionality of their space. Water would seep through the walls every time it rained. As you can see in the before photo, the signs of water damage and the imminent need for a trustworthy solution were evident. After reaching out to us, we immediately diagnosed the issue and implemented a reliable fix, utilizing our state-of-the-art FlexiSpan system. Notice in the after photo how seamlessly we've transformed the area. Not only has the leak been expertly addressed, preventing any future water intrusion, but we've also ensured the integrity of their property is maintained, all while enhancing their home’s overall comfort and value.

Cinderblock walls had "stair cracks", signs of mold and water intrusion. To correct this issue we installed Carbon Armour Strips that will stabilize that cracked walls, we did a mold remediation treatment, installed 2 SuperSump Pumps, waterguard and a CleanSpace vapor Barrier. 

Our team encapsulated this crawl space by using our effective and efficient CleanSpace vapor barrier system along with our SilverGlo insulation.

For this basement waterproofing project we installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard around the perimeter of the basement, a SuperSump Pump with Battery Back up and a SaniDry Dehumidifier. 

The CleanSpace Vapor barrier will direct any water coming in through the walls, down to the waterguard which is then directed over to the SuperSump to be pumped out of the basement. 

This customer was having issues with mold in the basement due to water entering the basement whenever it would rain. 

We went out to the property and did some Mold X 2 treatment on the areas that had mold, then installed Waterguard around the full perimeter of the basement, we installed a SuperSump with Battery Backup and a SaniDry Dehumidifier
