Basement Finishing in Elkton, MD

This was a newer build home with an unfinished basement that the customer wanted to turn into a multi-purpose space. Basement Systems USA came out and completed a full ceiling install, we installed our TBF Everlast Wall System and our Thermal Dry Floor Decking.

Our TBF Everlast Wall System is mold resistant and made up of nonorganic material that comes with a 50-year, Nationally backed warranty against water damage and mold growth. Our ThermalDry Floor Decking features our SilverGlo insulation which will make it 24% warmer than regular EPS foam board. This decking is also waterproof and will not get moldy or damaged by any water. 

In-Swing Egress Window Install in Downingtown PA

We were initially called out to this property for basement waterproofing and while our inspector was out, they requested an estimate for an Egress as well. Customer currently had a standard basement window but wanted an Egress to go in its place.

We installed a 27" x 45" In-Swing Egress Window with a 46" Metal Boman-Kemp Well and Boman Kemp Cover.

Basement Remodel in Newark, DE

Customer had a finished basement but was ready for some updating. They currently had carpet flooring that they were looking to upgrade and also wanted to add a Full bathroom to the basement. 

We came out and installed Mahogany Millcreek flooring all throughout the basement and installed a Full Bathroom that consisted of a toilet, sink and standup shower.

New Flooring in Newark, DE

This customer reached out to us looking for flooring options that will work with her waterproofing system. We recommended our ThermalDry Elite Plank Flooring, which is made of completely inorganic materials and is impervious to water or mold damage. These planks also serve to insulate the space and can help keep basements up to 10 degrees warmer. This beautiful flooring featured here in the color "Walnut" will last for many years to come.

Basement to Beautiful in Kennett Square PA

This customer had a semi finished basement, they were not yet ready to fully finish the basement, but wanted to some how cover up the bare concrete walls, just make it look more clean and presentable. We had the perfect product for this, it is called Basement to Beautiful. Basement to Beautiful wall panels foam panels( made from our Silver glo Foam insulation) that feature metals studs and have a clear vapor barrier so they can never grow mold or rot like convential insulation and wood studs. The Basement to Beautiful panel is not a finished panel but can easily pair up and have one of our Everlast Wall Panels installed over it.
