For this crawlspace job, we did a Mold X 2 Treatment. Mold X2 is a highly effective cleaner for contaminated surfaces suchs as wood and masonry. While Mold X2 treatments eliminate mold, it does not prevent it from growing back unless the moisture is controlled. With that being said, we had to control the moisture in the crawlspace by installing a CleanSpace Vapor barrier and Drainage Matting,  which the matting not only creates a drainage space under the Cleanspace, but also acts as a thermal break, giving some insulation value. And then to keep the crawlspace insulated, we installed SilverGlo which features a radiant barrier that reflects heat back into your crawlspace.

A homeowner in Severna Park, MD contacted us to repair their damp crawl space since there was moisture and humidity. This can happen from the earth's elements seeping into the crawl space and causing issues such as rotting wood, increased energy bills, and even mold growth. To fix this issue before it got worse, we sent our System Design Specialist Chris, to provide an inspection. Chris suggested installing an encapsulation system to completely separate the crawl space from the earth's elements. Our foreman Bernie installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System which will keep the crawl space dry and healthy. Since the installation, the homeowner has not had any issues with their crawl space! 

This homeowner in Bel Air, MD noticed their crawl space was damp and attracting musty smells. This happens when the soil is exposed to the crawl space. Soil can hold moisture and this moisture can become water vapor that escapes into the crawl space air. The homeowner contacted us and our System Design Specialist, Jeff, provided a thorough inspection. Jeff suggested they encapsulate the space to separate the crawl space from the earth. Our foreman, Bernie arrived at the home and began the process of installing our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System. This system is a thick and durable plastic liner. It's waterproof and mold resistant and will block any moisture from getting into the crawl space. Not only will the homeowner be protected from allergies and pests, but they will also have space for storage! 

This customer reached out to our company in need of a solution for his damp and humid crawlspace. Currently insulation was falling down and there was a dehumidifier running 24/7 that he found himself emptying, at least twice a day. We came out to the property and installed our SilverGlo Insulation, Drainage Matting, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier along with our SmartDrain and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. Now this bright,clean and dry crawlspace can be used for storage again and the homeowner can be worry free of any damages that may have been caused by water and mold. 

For this Willow Street PA crawlspace, we removed all improperly installed insulation and then did a Mold X2 Treatment. We then went on to install our SilverGlo Insulation which features a radiant barrier that will reflect heat back in to your crawlspace. Next to install was the CleanSpace VaporBarrier which will stop any water vapors from entering in to the crawlspace. Finally we finish up with an install of a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier which will filter and dry the air and eliminate musty odors.
