This customer in Burlington, MA, wanted to install a sump pump for his unfinished basement because he kept getting water from a specific wall in the basement. Every time it rained, he had to mop up the water, which was time-consuming and inconvenient, so we installed our TripleSafe sump pump! 

This basement in North Dartmouth, MA had a failed sump system that was allowing flooding and water damage. After getting an inspector on the property, he could see this basement needed our help! We constructed a plan to replace his failed pump system with a TripleSafe system and line the walls with CleanSpace to help keep that wall seepage from getting on the floor. That CleanSpace would tuck into the Waterguard drain that would go straight to the sump pump for removal, as well as the water the SaniDry dehumidifier pulled from the air. This desperate basement now has a great system to keep that water out!

This faulty, old sump pump in North Dartmouth, MA wasn't working properly. Whenever there was a heavy storm, this sump would always fail to keep the floor dry after years of owning it. It was time for an upgrade, hence our TripleSafe sump pump installation! We swapped out the old and in with the new. With our system, there's a primary pump, secondary pump and a battery backup for power shortages. Ever since our installation, the homeowner hasn't had any water issues!
