His sump pump was too old to discharge water during heavy rains, so our inspector visited the home to suggest the best possible solutions. The solution that was agreed upon was our TripleSafe sump pump! The homeowner wanted a sump pump that was warrantied with us, high-efficiency and provided a peace of mind overall. James, one of our inspectors, went to the home to take a look and drew up a plan that would keep water out of the basement. Our production foreman, Lucio, and his crew arrived on installation day and started waterproofing the basement by installing our WaterGuard drainage system along the perimeter of the basement floor. In front of the door way that leads outside, they put our TrenchDrain grated basement drain to catch surface water that comes in through the door. The WaterGuard and TrenchDrain are connected and send the water they collect into the TripleSafe sump pump that was installed near the door. They also set up our SaniDry XP dehumidifier in the basement to keep humidity low and it drains itself into the TripleSafe. The TripleSafe takes all of the collected water and sends it out of the home through the discharge lines. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about finding water in their basement again!
