A homeowner located in South Yarmouth, MA needed a drainage system to connect to the TripleSafe sump pump they had. Luckily, a production team jackhammered the inside perimeter to place the WaterGuard interior drainage system that collects wall seepage and drains it towards the sump pump! Here is a photo of what it looks like before the concrete covers it up! 

This home in ____ really needed an artery line for the basement. The artery line is a drainage line that we put under the floor, and will connect it to the other lines and pump in the basement. Water can also build up in spots that aren't near the perimeter, so this will ensure that water will be collected in the middle of the floor. The pump we connected it to is our SuperSump plus pumping system to push the water out of the basement. Remember, it's always best to try to avoid any puddling, so drainage systems will be your best friend! 

In Dennis, MA we were able to help this homeowner with their basement that was experiencing a lot of moisture and eventual mold. After the mold was taken care of and removed, we were able to add our vapor barrier, CleanSpace, to the walls for a layer of protection from moisture.
