This homeowner from Leicester, MA had an unfinished basement that was very wet due to the water coming from the rim joist and other cracks in the foundation walls. He was also tired of the excessive moisture in his basement, causing humidity and uncomfortable breathing air. Luckily, we installed a WaterGuard interior drainage system to collect and drain water to a TripleSafe sump pump for it to be discharged. Lastly, we covered the walls with CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to provide a barrier that will keep moisture out! 

This homeowner in Leicester, MA was in need of a reliable vapor barrier solution because his crawl space was to a point where it was so humid, he stated to see mold growth on the wooden support beams holding the floor above. If mold were to continue to take over, it can weaken the floor support which can result in a collapse!
