This is because dirt and stone are very susceptible to water issues and our CleanSpace vapor barrier seals off the space completely, so it will no longer be affected by outside weather. The crew also installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and SmartSump sump pump. The SaniDry Sedona keeps humidity in the space low and conveniently drains itself into the SmartSump which sends all of the water out of the space through a discharge line.
