A customer from Pascoag, RI noticed a portion of his floor sagging down a tad bit. The solution we provided, since moisture caused rotting on the joists supporting the floor, was encapsulating the crawlspace with CleanSpace to prevent any future moisture outside from causing harm. More importantly, we raised this sagging floor back to it's original level and permanently stabilized it with our SmartJack floor support system. 

When this homeowner from North Scituate, RI noticed a portion of his kitchen floor sagging downwards, he got very worried that the floor would collapse. After calling us for help, our inspector found mold spores growing on the beam that was supporting the floor, meaning that it was getting very weak. One day, this homeowner in North Scituate, RI noticed a creak coming from the corner of his living room floor. Turns out, the support beam under the floor was rotting, so it was time for a floor repair solution! Our production team installed SmartJacks under this floor for permanent support.
