This customer's garage in Auburn, MA was seeing loads of water coming through her garage door even though she had a drainage system on the outside. Clearly, more drainage support was needed, that's why our inspector decided to have the production team put a TrenchDrain right at the garage doorway so that no puddles build up during rain storms! 

This homeowner in Auburn, MA was overwhelmed with all the water that was leaking in through his basement doorway to his bulkhead. To capture the surface water, our team installed a TrenchDrain at the bottom of the basement stairway. Now, water won't be able to build up around this area, leaving it dry and happy!

This basement in Westminster, MA was leaking in water at an uncomfortable rate, leaking puddles on the floor. This was annoying the homeowner because his current sump pump was clearly not working to its best ability. So our team planned and installed a new TripleSafe sump pump that comes with a primary pump, secondary pump and a battery backup pump in case of power outages. In addition, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the humidity down. 

When our team was installing in this Greene, RI home, one thing that was done was adding drainage around the water tank. Our TrenchDrain was able to go around it was a grated top at the floor’s surface, this would allow any water to be collected before reaching the tank. Also if the tank were to leak, the TrenchDrain could collect and lead it to the sump pump it before it reached other parts of the basement.
