This basement in Westminster, MA was leaking in water at an uncomfortable rate, leaking puddles on the floor. This was annoying the homeowner because his current sump pump was clearly not working to its best ability. So our team planned and installed a new TripleSafe sump pump that comes with a primary pump, secondary pump and a battery backup pump in case of power outages. In addition, we installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the humidity down. 

This basement in Westminster, MA was seeing water on their basement floor frequently, which was not a welcomed sight! When our inspector went out to the home, there was evidence of the leaking, with puddles of water in the middle of the floor, clearly some groundwater seepage going on. Our team installed a full perimeter of WaterGuard drainage system to collect that seepage at the seam of the foundation, where the floor and wall meet. That water collected will then make its way into the TripleSafe sump pump where the three pump system will remove the water up and away from the home via the discharge pipe. No more worrying about puddles on their basement after every rain!

This homeowner in Rutland, MA reached out because water was getting into their basement through the bulkhead stair area. One of our inspectors went out to the home and drew up a solution that would waterproof the basement, focusing on the bulkhead area. On installation day, our crew installed our TrenchDrain grated basement drain on the inside of the bulkhead stairs. TrenchDrain catches the excess water that comes in through the bulkhead and it is connected to our WaterGuard drainage system which then sends the water into our SuperSump Plus sump pump. The SuperSump Plus pumps all of the collected water out of the home through a discharge line. Now the homeowner no longer has to worry about water getting into their basement!
