Soon after, the homeowner removed the interior side of the wall from the basement and discovered a crack big enough to fit his fist through! Our inspector went out to visit the home to take a look. It was determined the front right side of the home was sinking. The home needed 7 push piers to try and lift the home. After the home was successfully lifted 4 inches, the crack in the window was almost unrecognizable!
