Heavy Rain is Too Much for a Basement in Middletown, RI

This home in Middletown, RI was receiving multiple heavy rain storms, resulting in a flooding disaster! An inch of water was enough for the homeowner to realize he needed a waterproofing system to keep his basement bone-dry. Our inspector visited the home, and wrote a solution. The solution that occurred was one of our production team members installing a WaterGuard interior drainage system, along with a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard collects the water seepage, while the TripleSafe does a fantastic job at pushing that water out, up to 6,200 gallons per hour to be exact! Lastly, we plugged in a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to dry out the humid air, ensuring mold growth doesn't happen!

A homeowner in Framingham, MA needed a new sump pump for his unfinished basement. There was still water everywhere as his current pump at the time failed to discharge all the water since it was too weak to do the job. Luckily, our crew took the old sump out and replaced it with our SuperSump sump pump that came with a built-in backup electrical pump in case of a power outage!

Basement Drains in Seekonk, MA

This Seekonk, MA home was dealing with some seeping water coming from the edges of the walls. To help with this we installed Waterguard drainage system to collect the water and lead it to the sump pump system. After the install process is complete and the cement dries, you can barely even tell the drain is there besides a small opening along the wall to collect the seepage.

Vapor Barrier Protection in Mattapoisett, MA

This homeowner wanted to dry up his damp and nasty crawlspace after realizing his insulation was falling apart. Not only that, the old insulation was holding in moisture which is never a good sign for any homeowner! We responded to the problem by sending a production crew to clean out all the old insulation and applied CleanSpace vapor barrier onto the walls to prevent any moisture from breaking in. With our CleanSpace, the relative humidity is lower, the crawlspace looks brighter and the chances of mold growth decreases!
