Fran was looking into getting better foundation support in her basement so she called up Ayers. After we had a crew inspect this area it was settled she could use SmartJacks. With SmartJacks these are steel column support structures that are attached to a solid base at the bottom. This will carry the weight of the home and over time this system will lift the home to its original position.

Phil's joists in his crawl space were being ruined by water damage. He called our team because he was worried about future settlement issues. Our team installed SmartJack, a system produced to halt your sagging floors. Floors above crawl spaces are vulnerable due to the moisture and soils in your crawl space. The Smart Jack system is a permanent fix and it uses steel columns, threaded rods and a solid base to address any issues your crawl space may introduce to your floors. Installing this system usually takes less than a day and it provides immediate stabilization.

Dennis found vertical cracks in his foundation wall. Some cracks were outside the wall while others were inside the garage. Due to the settling foundation, the garage concrete was starting to crack and sink as well. To keep the foundation from sinking even more, we installed Helical Piers. They anchor into the solid soil to stabilize the foundation as well as help lift it back to the original level. To fix the garage floor, we used PolyLevel. PolyLevel is an injectable foam that is lightweight and waterproof and used to lift and level concrete. 

Cheryl recently noticed the outside walls of her apartment were cracking and didn't want them to cave in. As the property manager, she knew this needed fixing, so she researched and called Ayers for help. We sent a team of professionals to the complex to evaluate, and they recommended installing GeoLock wall anchors. The wall anchors are made of galvanized steel and fastened to the compromised wall. A ground anchor is placed away from the house in undisturbed soil and connected to the wall anchor by a steel rod. Cheryl is relieved to have a stable wall!

The concrete curbs outside Mike’s store needed fixed. He called our team and we installed PolyLevel, a waterproof and long-lasting system designed to fix concrete slabs that have sunk. A polyurethane foam that expands and has a high density is used in order to raise the concrete. The process is quite simple and is done by drilling small holes into the concrete and then inserting the foam into the holes.
