Kim had owned her home for only a few months when the poured concrete foundation of her Lansing, MI home began letting in water whenever it rained. She called Ayers for an inspection and our crew determined that she would need WaterGuard to correct her waterproofing issues. 

WaterGuard is a sub-floor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top.  

Kim was thrilled with the work the Ayers crew did. She was so happy to get her new home in working order. 

Tammie was worried about water leaking into her basement and running down the seam of the walls. She wasn't sure what the problem was, so she researched her options and called Ayers for assistance. We sent a crew of professionals to her home to evaluate the situation and recommend a solution. They realized Tammie's drainage pipes were clogged and suggested installing WaterGuard. Drainage pipe systems are typically placed alongside the footing rather than on top, while WaterGuard does the opposite to prevent clogging. Tammie feels more comfortable in her dry home!

Lori awoke the morning after a storm and found water leaking into her basement and pooling on the floor. She didn't want her belongings ruined but wasn't sure how to fix the problem, so she called Ayers for help. We sent a team of specialists to her home to evaluate and recommend a solution. They suggested installing TripleSafe, the sump pump system designed with three pumps to prevent failure. The primary and backup pumps are accompanied by a battery-powered pump in case of power outages! Lori is glad she called and got the job done correctly!

This home in Lansing, MI was experiencing some excess water in their basement. We went through and installed our WaterGuard system to redirect the water to the proper place and a properly working sump pump. Once the more invasive work was done it was time to restore the basement. This customer had many of our inorganic and waterproof materials installed such as EverLast wall panels and Elite Plank faux wood flooring. This made the basement look fabulous while also making sure it would last a long time. 

With two inches of standing water last Spring finding its way into the basement, this property needed to keep the basement dry to attract buyers for the following year. The WaterGuard french drain system will be used to catch the water and send it straight to the sump pump before it causes any damage. Additionally, BrightWall was installed along the walls to give the basement a clean look and lighten up the space.
