This family in Richland, MI had us install EverLast and can now fully enjoy being in their basement. 

The basement of this Richland, MI home was leaking through the wall where the well pipe penetrated the wall. It’s very common for plumbing pipes to cause leakage at the spot of entry due to how often they move. The before photo shows the water damage around the pipe and where it leaked down to the floor. In the after photo, the leak has been solved with the FlexiSpan System. The system works by first plugging the leak with a flexible sealant, and then another layer of polymer creates a drainage route for any water that does leak through. The drainage layer then directs water to a drain well at the foot of the wall. You can see in the after photo where fresh concrete was poured after the drain well was installed. The leaking pipe won't bother this home again.

For the past few years, Annette and Thomas have had a drafty house. Their home is especially cooler in the winter because their crawl space isn't properly sealed off. So our team insulated their rim joists. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now airflow is restricted keeping outside air out and inside air in. Annette and Thomas will no longer have to worry about their home being cold during the long winter months in Michigan.

Nick and his wife moved into their 1940 Swartz Creek, Michigan, home 5 years ago. Although, they didn’t start to have water issues until a few years later. Over time it was gotten much worse but until now they haven’t had the finances to take care of the issue. Now that they do, they want to make sure it’s done right. Nick’s basement is a concrete foundation with no sump pump. It’s an unfinished basement that gets water intrusion every time there are heavy rains. A few spots have what seem like fountains coming through the walls and other areas puddle on the floor. To combat this issue, we would install WaterGuard throughout the basement. 

WaterGuard is a subfloor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top.  

Nick and his wife were elated by the craftmanship of work performed by our Ayers crew and loved how kind they were with them and their home. They felt so much relief knowing they wouldn't have to spend hours in the basement cleaning up water anymore. 

Robin was alarmed by the amount of water leaking into her basement. She wasn't sure why this was happening and called Ayers for help. Our team inspected the house and decided to install the CleanSpace vapor barrier. CleanSpace is an antimicrobial lined material that attaches to the walls and floors. This forms an uninterrupted defense against pests, moisture, and mold growth. CleanSpace is also more durable and efficient than a store-bought tarp, allowing for lower energy costs. Robin won't have to worry about having a dry basement anymore!
