Floyd has lived in his home built in the 50s for about 20 years. Water has been seeping in from the walls and pooling all over since he moved in. He finally called Ayers for an inspection and our crew determined that a combination of WaterGuard and the TripleSafe sump pump would solve Floyd's waterproofing needs. 

WaterGuard is a sub-floor waterproofing system that collects water that leaks through the walls and keeps dirt away from the foundation. It is installed along the perimeter of the basement and on top of the footing of the foundation. Concrete is poured on top and regular flooring can be placed on top. The TripleSafe sump pump utilizes three pumps in order to remove excess water from the basement. The second and third pumps are in case of emergencies so the basement can remain dry, even when the power goes out. 

Floyd was overjoyed that this problem could finally be fixed. He never has to worry about the hassle of cleaning up after a flood ever again. 

Jane was stressed over the water leaking into her home during heavy rainfalls and she knew she had to put an end to it. She gave Ayers a call when she was on the hunt for solutions and we sent a crew out for a free inspection. After taking a look, our System Design Specialists let Jane know it would be best to have our WaterGuard System, TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and our IceGuard System installed. 

First we installed the WaterGuard System which will collect water and dirt, keeping it away from your foundation. This sub-floor drainage system is installed around the perimeter of the basement. Concrete is poured over it to conceal the system. Then with TripleSafe, this is a three pump system that fits in one durable liner and will also help in getting the water out of your basement. The first pump will do most of the work and the second is there for backup. The last pump will turn on if there is a power outage. Finally, we added IceGuard to the exterior drainage lines to prevent any clogging or freezing during cold, harsh weather. The slotted openings in it will eject water in these situations.

After these waterproofing installations, Jane is no longer stressing about water intruding into her home!

Bill realized his old sump pump was leaking water into his basement and wanted a new one installed, so he called Ayers. We sent our crew to his home to evaluate and recommend a solution. They decided to install the TripleSafe sump pump with three separate pumps to prevent failure. If the first pump fails, there's a backup pump and even a battery-powered one for power outages. Bill feels much better with TripleSafe in his home!

Michael was hoping to finally put an end to the wall leaks that would seep into his home, damaging his precious belongings. Tired of this stressful issue he called Ayers to get a crew out to his home to discuss possible solutions. After the inspection our System Design Specialists concluded Michael needed our WaterGuard System and our TripleSafe Sump Pump System.

Specially engineered piping is placed around the perimeter of the basement on top of the footing of the foundation. The water will then be directed to the sump system. Concrete is poured over the system to conceal it. Since Michael didn't have a sump system we went ahead and installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. This is a very efficient system as it consists of three pumps that fit in one durable liner and work together to keep water out. The first pump does the main job but the second is there for backup and the last pump is battery operated, meaning it will turn on during power outages.

With these waterproofing systems installed, Michael is now stress-free from these pesky wall leaks!
