Kevin's kitchen floor was slanted for as long as he could remember. He started several at-home projects to fix the issue, including box-brand floor jacks, but nothing worked, so he called Ayers. A team of specialists visited his home and decided to install SmartJacks, a supplemental support system of floor jacks, all hot-dipped in galvanized steel and zinc-plated to bear large loads. Kevin is happy his floor is permanently fixed!

Charlotte noticed the water was leaking into her basement from the seams of the floor. She was unsure where it came from or how to resolve the issue, so she researched her options online and called Ayers for assistance. We sent specialists to her house to evaluate the space and suggest a solution. They recommended and installed WaterGuard, an advanced drainage pipe system to reduce clogs. Drainage pipes often clog because they sit alongside the home's footing, while WaterGuard sits on top and bypasses the mud and rock layer. Charlotte feels more comfortable with her new system!

Steve had a bowing basement wall so he called our team. So we installed the GeoLock Anchor System. This system permanently stabilizes your wall. In most cases it can eventually straighten the wall back to its original position. It is done by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall. This system is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to your lawn and home.

Tom called us because he wanted his rim joists insulated. Small cracks and seams can exist around rim joists, but after insulating them all of those cracks are sealed off. Now airflow is restricted keeping outside air out and inside air in.
