The customer had water leaking into his basement through the walls and floor. This was an ongoing issue for this lakeside home. The customer had a another company install a sump pump system which was not discharging water effectively even while constantly running. We installed a perimeter drain system to capture all intrusive water and funnel it to the newly installed TripleSafe sump pump. 

Kathy's crawl space within her cabin desperately needed waterproofing. Kathy was dealing with standing water within the crawl space, leading to various water issues. Not to mention multiple things were sitting in the water. In search of a permanent solution for her cabin, Kathy came across Ayers. After contacting Ayers and making an appointment, a System Design Specialist came to her home for a thorough assessment. After analyzing the house, the Ayers team suggested installing many different products to resolve the water issues. One was WaterGuard which utilizes a heavy, durable plastic liner that lines the entire crawl space and acts as a vapor barrier. Any water that seeps in through the walls will be funneled behind the liner and down below, where it will then be directed toward the sump pump. CleanSpace makes a crawl space look much better. In addition, the homeowner will be able to control the home's temperature more efficiently!

We sent a team of experts to examine the issue and decided WaterGuard, a drainage pipe system engineered to be clog-free and placed on top of rather than alongside the footing, was the best solution. The WaterGuard System is laid on the foundation's footing in the subfloor of the basement and along the perimeter. This drainage system collects water leaking through the walls and sends it to the sump pump. Concrete will conceal the system to ensure it blends with the space. We installed TripleSafe as the new sump pump system. This is a three-pump system that works together to keep water under control and off the floor. This sump pump includes a battery-operated pump that will turn on when the power fails. Nicole was ecstatic with this permanent solution that keeps water off her floor!
