Marilyn realized outside water had pooled on her basement floor and didn't know how it got there or how to remove it. After researching her options online, she called Ayers to learn about our waterproofing solutions. The customer originally called about a window replacement, but when we asked him if there were any water issues resulting from the existing window, he said that the crawl space did seem damp.
