Our client Robert M. from Rogers City, MI was experiencing water seepage that caused a wet crawl space below the porch of one of his rental homes. In visiting Robert’s rental property, our System Design Specialist devised a solution consisting of our highly efficient CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. The CleanSpace product is a cutting edge thick durable lining that fully seals off the crawl space from the grueling elements below. Next, we incorporated SilverGlo wall panels to make this crawl space more energy efficient. The panels silver color helps them reflect and hold in heat energy. To complete our solution for Robert’s rental home, we used spray foam insulation to supplement the SilverGlo wall panels. Since it’s transformation, the crawl space under Roger’s rental property has been completely dry. Robert’s tenants were thrilled because starting with their next heating bill they began seeing a cost decrease.
