Since it can't stretch we actually glue the carbon fiber to the walls to keep them from bowing or bending any more than they already have. Carbon fiber straps cannot straighten a wall but they can keep it in it's current position.

In most cases it can eventually straighten the wall back to its original position. It is done by putting heavy anchors in stable soil away from your foundation wall. This system is ideal because it involves minimal disturbance to Dan's lawn and home. For Dan, we also installed the wall plate part of the GeoLock system. These plates can easily be covered to allow your basement to have a finished look.
