Mark noticed that during the harsh winter months his basement walls were shifting and bowing so he knew wall support was a need. After calling Ayers we conducted an inspection at his home so we could make the proper recommendations. This recommendation was to install PowerBrace. Outside pressures cause the basement walls to bow or tilt and with this foundation repair system in action, it will counteract these pressures. These steel beams are secured to the joists above the wall and will hold them in place. Over time they can easily be adjusted to straighten these foundation walls as well!

Robert's Jackson, MI home was built in 1920 and was passed onto him and his brother when their father passed away. Our System Design Specialists determined Helical Piers would work best for her particular situation. This system consists of helical plates welded to the pier shaft and will help to pull the pier into the soil during installation. This provides anchoring strength as the weight of the foundation or structural element is transferred to the pier. This solution is very versatile when it comes to stabilizing and restoring foundations. This solution will prevent any further foundation settling and in many cases, it can lift the home back to a level position. Candase will no longer have to stress over her foundation support!
