The Project Manager was excellent; he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us at all. Ayers Basement Systems had the best plan and product. We researched many and found none better. The installation crew were very professional, friendly, and made sure to make us feel comfortable and treated our home like it was the most important home they had ever done. They were very hard workers and did a great job on the clean up!

The crew took precaution to protect our entrance, down the steps and into the floor area. They hung plastic from the floor joist to keep the cement dust down. Our Project Manager was very professional and explained everything very clearly. The main reason we chose Ayers Basement Systems is because the process was what was needed to solve our water problems.

The crew was very efficient and hard working. They completed the job much quicker than i thought. I was impressed by their work ethic and quality. We got 3 estimates and was immediately impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the salesperson. He gave me a very detailed book on Ayers services and various systems and also showed me a computer simulation of water accumulation around a house and how it starts to seep in at the weakest points and how their system works to prevent this. I would strongly recommend Ayers Basement Systems as a leader in the waterproofing industry and as having efficient and professional employees.

Ayers should be very proud of this crew. They arrived on time, worked very hard all day and finished on time. Mr. Doyle gave me a good idea of what to expect. Everything was explained in detail and all of my questions were answered. I am grateful knowing my water problems are solved.

Saw Ayers Basement Systems signs in several yards around the Cadillac area and was recommended by a close friend. The installation crew were courteous, polite and professional. They explained the entire system to us.

I would just like to say a couple things. The pictures look great! The four young men, Even, Marco, Adam and Mike were wonderful. Considering the job they had to do, we never once heard any cussing or swearing or complaining. On the contrary, we heard a lot of laughing and joking, which was truly a pleasure. (I was in the bedroom directly above them sick and pretty much incapacitated.) Thanks for the job well done. 

We chose Ayers Basement Systems due to your reputation of being a Honest company with alot of integrety. We are very satisfied with the work done. The clean up was  satisfactory and the office staff was courteous.  

David Cervantes, the Project Manager, and his crew, Larry and Jesse, did a fine job. They were respectful, completed the work in a timely fashion, and cleaned up after themselves. I am pleased with the service we received.

I just wanted to say what a great job Dan Bemman and Rich Wallace did yesterday on a service call to my home. Both are outstanding individuals that understand customer service. They represented Ayers well and lived up to the claim you made to me when I agreed to have you do the work on my crawl space. That claim was that Ayers operates with the utmost of integrity, believes in and stands by its product, workmanship, service and most importantly its customers.

We've been meaning to write this letter for some time but life and work can be very challenging as you may know. On the plus side, we have one less thing to worry about! We would just like you to know that as winter has come blowing across Lake Michigan these last few weeks, we noticed something wonderful. Our house is so much more comfortable and warm with the new basement system installed. As fall has set into early winter here in Charlevoix, after a day of sunshine and household activities of baking, cooking, and solar warmth, we've had nights in the 30's and have woken up the next morning with a temp different between outside and inside the house as much as 30 degrees! Some nights the inside house temp. did not fall below 68 degrees in the hosue while it was in the high 30's outside in the morning...even high 20's. This is a great asset to our goals of lowering heating costs and improving the indoor air quality as the "musty" and damp smells of the crawl space are now gone. The addition of your system to our crawl space has allowed the advantages of extra insulation, triple pane windows, southern exposure, insulated window shades, alternate wood stove heat, and other energy saving expenditures on our house over the years to really raise the level of comfort and enjoyment of living "up north" to a new height. So much so, that we'll need to use our attic fan in the summer because the temp of the crawl space is now warmer and more stable...no worries - we'll take the warmth in the winter! With your help, Tim, the decision to have Ayers system installed in our crawl space was the right call. As winter sets in and temps. stay below freezing on a regular basis we will keep you posted on the system's effect on our warmth and comfort. Thank you once again for the professional and efficient job you and your crew provided. We would recommend the system to others without reserve. We trust we will be well served by your efforts for years to come.

Just a quick note to say the new system worked just fine. Last Monday the carpet was installed Then Wednesday the rain cam Then Thursday both sump pumps started working They ran all day long W would have been flooded again I am certain. BUT NOT THIS TIME Thanks Mike
