Elon recommended first applying Mold-X2 and then moving on to the waterproofing efforts. This included installing an interior drainage system featuring WaterGuard® French drains, a new sump pump, a new sump pump discharge, and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The couple agreed to this repair plan and scheduled a HomeSpec crew to move forward. The crew was led by a foreman named Vernon and any plumbing concerns were addressed by Rick. The homeowners were happy with the final results, being mold-free and protected from future water intrusions.
