Project Manager Mark Buhr developed a repair that would best suit Elaina's needs. Jon Davis and his crew installed The SmartPipe™ Drainage System made for crawl spaces, and connected it to a brand new sump pump with a powerful Zoeller Pump inside. This system will collect water and funnel it away from the foundation. They then sealed the floor and walls with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier to block moisture from entering.

A HomeSpec customer in Saint Clair Shores, MI experienced two winters in their new home and knew something had to change. The cold floors were unbearable, the $400 monthly utility costs were frustrating, and the sound of the sump pump turning on every eight minutes was annoying.
