A homeowner in Wyoming, MN, noticed water stains on their concrete floors. With all the melting snow and rain, the homeowner was concerned about more water sneaking into their basement. The homeowner began looking for professional assistance. After searching through many waterproofing companies, the homeowner decided to work with us, American Waterworks. They went to our website and signed up for their FREE estimate. After their appointment details were set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Jesse, to inspect the basement. Following his inspection, Jesse confirmed the home needed proper waterproofing. Jesse recommended a solution to the homeowners that would solve all their issues. The homeowner agreed to Jesse's recommendations and production commenced. Our crew received the plans and made their way out to the home. The crew began by installing the WaterGuard in the southern corner of the basement. In addition to the WaterGuard, the crew installed the TripleSafe Sump pump and IceGuard. Then, the crew installed CleanSpace on the walls to protect them from mold and further water intrusion. After all the waterproofing products were installed, the crew utilized the PolyLevel to lift the sinking front steps. The homeowners were impressed by the excellent job done by the crew. Neil H. of Minnetonka, MN had a deteriorating exterior foundation wall and he wanted to get it fixed up. He found American Waterworks online, so he called our office and got a FREE inspection scheduled with our Design Specialist, Chad. Chad proposed our Wall Recovery System, which is a company-based product. Neil was confident in the product and its features, so he went ahead with the installation. 

Our Foreman, Arturo, and his team installed our Wall Recovery System along the entire foundation exterior. This installation entails three coats of concrete until it is fully completed. Neil was happy with the work and said our team did a good job!

A customer from Minnetonka, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice that his basement wasn't retaining heat the way he would have liked. He was afraid that, if left untreated, he would continue to face higher-than-average energy bills due to his inefficient space. When he called in to see if we could help, we set him up with our FREE estimate, entitling him to a thorough inspection by one of our System Design Specialists. Once the appointment was set, one of our Design Specialists, Ryan P, headed out to Joe's house to assess the situation. Once he completed his walkthrough, he was ready to make his recommendations. Ryan wanted to use our Basement to Beautiful insulated wall panels. Ryan explained that these panels are the superior choice for a dry, energy-efficient basement. He went on to say that these panels are unique as they are designed with advanced SilverGlo graphite-infused insulation that provides 24% more energy savings than conventional foam products. In essence, it creates a protective blanket around the basement that will never support rot or mold growth, while still offering the potential to finish the basement in the future, should the customer decide to. Our customer agreed and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Lane, and his crew worked diligently to install the panels. In the end, they had covered the space in 128 ft of the Basement to Beautiful panels. Now our customer doesn't need to worry about whether or not his basement is costing him unnecessary amounts of money each month! 

 Mr. Conner's foundation walls are cracking and pushing inward due to the expansive soils and hydrostatic pressure on the walls from outside his home. We recommended installing eleven Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the bowing wall to stabilize and restore the wall back to its original position.  The soil anchors were placed in the ground outside his home. Steel rods attached to soil anchors extend through the foundation wall and wall plates. Wall plates distribute clamping pressure. Tightening nuts on the threaded ends of the rods stabilize the wall for a permanent solution.

Gordon G. in Mankato, MN had a bowing foundation wall in his basement. He saw an ad for American Waterworks in the phone book and called us to see if we could help him. We were happy to send our Design Specialist, Eric Hazelton, to his home to do a free onsite estimate. Eric developed a plan to have our team install anchors along the bowing wall to secure and stabilize it. 

The installation process took two days, and Gordon was pleased that he could see immediate results. Our crew left him with a tightening kit so that he could continue tightening the anchors over time until the wall is completely straightened.
