Sandra and William S. of Waterville, MN had water leaking into their closet, making them nervous about water damage, especially to their personal belongings. One of their friends referred American Waterworks, so they called our office line and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Eric Hazelton. Eric went to their home, inspected their water problems, and came up with the solution of our TripleSafe Sump Pump System. Sandra and William were confident in the product and its warranty, so they went ahead with the repairs and put down their deposit. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson, and his team began the project by breaking out a hole in the concrete. In the hole, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump, which is the best sump pump that we provide for customers. The TripleSafe provides three levels of protection, solves all three water problems in one system, and keeps basements dry for very long periods of time. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Sandra and William were happy with the repairs and had a great experience! 

A resident in Albert Lea, MN was experiencing water entering into his basement on one side of the home.  American Waterworks installed 55 feet of WaterGuard and the homeowner's basement has been dry ever since.  

A homeowner in Albert Lea, MN contacted us with concerns regarding a bowing foundation wall. Design Specialist Mac Cole developed a solution using our warrantied Wall Anchor System to stabilize their foundation. The homeowner now has confidence that their foundation is secure. 

Ms. Eastland had discovered her home was exposing her to high levels of radon gas, almost 3x the acceptable limit.  In order to properly mitigate the gas from her home, American Waterworks needed to seal off the dirt crawlspace located on the North side of her basement. By combining our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SilverGlo wall insulation systems, American Waterworks was able to create a suction point in the crawl space to pull the radon from within the home and expel it outside the house.

Sandra N. in Albert Lea, MN had her home tested for radon. When the results came back with high levels, she gave American Waterworks a call. Our Design Specialist, Reed Hudson, developed a plan that was unique to her home. 

Our Foreman, Dakota Merchlewitz, started the installation process by drilling a hole in the slab foundation of the home and connected a PVC pipe. The radon gas is drawn upward, and the pipe guides it to the fan. The fan draws and vents radon safely above and away from the home. Sandra is glad she took the necessary steps to protect herself and her family.
