Roger R. of Lake Benton, MN had water coming into his basement and he wanted to get it inspected by a professional. Our Design Specialist, Jared Bruns, inspected Roger's basement and determined a solution that would work for him and his basement waterproofing needs. Jared proposed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain System and our SuperSump Plus M53. Roger was confident in the products and their warranties, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard, which is designed to prevent water clogs and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53, which is designed to keep basements dry and clean for long periods of time. To complete the project, our team filled the open-floor gaps with rock and applied new concrete over them. Roger was happy with the work, and had a great experience from start to finish!

They finally decided to have a professional look at it, so they called American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to her home, carefully inspected her basement, and drew up a solution that would repair their basement and home repair needs. They were confident with our proposal and job description, so they went ahead with the project.

Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Dianne and Lois of Ivanhoe, MN had water leaking and cracked foundation walls throughout their basement. They wanted to get it repaired as soon as possible so it didn't get any worse. They got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan went to their home, inspected their issues, and came up with a solution that fit their needs and budget. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench, and diagonally down the middle, forming a feed line. In the perimeter trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System in connection with the feed line. Our WaterGuard is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, Matt and his team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter. Our CleanSpace is made to prevent humidity and mold build-up, and act as an extra wall protectant. Then, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which is provided with three layers of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. Lastly, our team installed our GeoLock Wall Anchors to stabilize and straighten the foundation wall. Our wall anchors are embedded in stable soil outside of the foundation wall and is connected by a long, medal rod to a wall plate that provides clamping pressure against the inside of the foundation wall. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps throughout the trench and feed line with rock and applied new concrete.

Joe, from Bertha, MN, got in touch with us when he had enough of dealing with unwanted water intrusion in his basement. He wanted to know what could be done, so he called our office and we set him up with our FREE  estimate. A few weeks later one of our Design Specialists, Daniel, headed out the property to assess the situation. Shane went to her house, inspected her pre-existing windows, and wrote out a bid for our EverLast Replacement Windows. Kristy was comfortable with Shane's presentation, so she went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Arturo Mares, and his crew broke out the old window and replaced it with our EverLast Replacement Windows, which are double-paneled, vinyl-framed, and energy-efficient. Kristy was confident in these windows and what they could do for her basement, so she went ahead with the project.
