Loeub L. in Faribault, MN came across our booth at the Faribault Home and Garden Show and spoke with one of our Design Specialists, Eric Hazelton. Loeub had some bowing basement walls and was concerned about the structural integrity of his home. He was looking for a permanent, cost effective solution with minimal disruption to his basement space or outside landscaping. Eric recommended our PowerBrace Wall Repair System. Loeub approved of the plan and move forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production crew installed 11 PowerBraces along the bowing foundation walls. The steel I-beams stabilize the wall in its current position, and over time, can be tightened to make the walls straighter and more vertical. The PowerBraces can be installed with no disruption to outside soil. Loeub was impressed with the quick installation, and is worry-free, knowing his basement is now permanently stabilized. 

Keith L. had his home inspector out to his house to examine his foundation walls. The inspector said he noticed that Keith's walls were bowing and shifting. The wall had started to bow inward so Maren decided that it was time to reach out to a professional. They contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke, to inspect the home. Jeremy determined that the best solution to repair the foundation would be to install wall anchors. Maren was pleased with Jeremy’s design and the proposal, so they scheduled the installation.

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his crew installed 8 Geo-Lock wall anchors along the wall. This immediately halted any further deterioration of the wall, and once the anchors were completely tightened, the wall began to straighten. The installation took two days to complete, but having the anchors installed has restored Maren’s peace of mind. Joe of Farmington, MN, got in contact with us when he began to notice his stone foundation crawl space was beginning to sag. The crew installed eight GeoLock anchors on the crawl space walls for stabilization. GeoLocks are a foundation wall anchor system that is designed with galvanized steel. In addition to installing the GeoLocks, the homeowner asked to have the straightening kit included as well. The straightening kit will allow the homeowner to straighten their walls over time. After the crew successfully installed the GeoLocks, they were able to clean up their site and leave the home. The homeowner was relieved to know that their crawl space walls were properly stabilized.
