Soon after Chuck arrived, he greeted the homeowner and began investigating the status of the sidewalk. Chuck determined that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement. To stop the sidewalk from further damage, Chuck suggested that the entire sidewalk be lifted, leveled and joints sealed. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed with Chuck's suggestions. As soon as they were approved, the plans were directed to our Foreman, Jacob, and his crew to begin production. When the crew arrived, they began by inserting the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk. Once the entire sidewalk was lifted and leveled, the crew filled the joints with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. The crew filled these with the NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based sealant. After all these products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
