Dawn V. of Brownton, MN had cracked and sunken concrete on her back patio, and she wanted to upgrade the value of her home. She got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Jesse Williams. Jesse went to her home, inspected her concrete, and came up with a solution that fit her needs and budget. After a thorough inspection, Dawn got all of her questions answered and was comfortable with the process, so she went ahead with the installation portion. 

Our Foreman, Ben Koehler, and his crew member started the installation by injecting 58 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the concrete. Our PolyLevel is a special kind of foam that fills the voids underneath the concrete slab and stabilizes the surface. Next, our team applied 28 feet of our NexusPro over the cracks. Our NexusPro is made to keep water moisture from invading the cracks, it provides long-term flexibility, and it gives the concrete a neat appearance. A homeowner in Becker, MN, was concerned with the unevenness of their driveway. The crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the entire driveway. Next, the crew filled all the cracks and replaced the joints throughout the driveway. To fill the cracks and joints, the crew utilized the NexusPro Sealant. The crew wrapped up the concrete repairs and cleaned up their materials. A homeowner from Maple Lake, MN gave us a call when they began to notice a gap forming between their front stair and the concrete landing below it. He was afraid that if he left the issue unresolved, it could result in a nasty trip or become more costly to fix down the road. When he called in, we set him up with our FREE estimate. He explained that this modern solution is comprised of injecting a polyurethane foam into the problem slab, which then hardens, lifting the concrete back to its original state. The customer agreed and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Tyler, and his Co-Foreman, Jordan, began the process by strategically drilling holes into the slab. After injection, they made sure to carefully monitor the lifting process to ensure the slab returned to the correct height.
