When Tony concluded his inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendation. He informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solution. He explained that our PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting the concrete back into its former place. He went on to say that our lifts are completed with the application of our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent moisture from getting below the slab. The homeowner agreed with Tony's plan, and the work was scheduled for a few weeks later.

He explained to the homeowner that one of the common causes of a sinking porch is soil compacting and settling. When a soil's load-bearing capacity exceeds, it causes the support soil beneath the concrete slab to expand and contract. This eventually leads to concrete sinking and, in most cases, cracks forming in one or more parts of the slab. To fix this issue, Mitch recommended our PolyLevel to lift the concrete and NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints. The homeowner was thankful for Mitch's explanation and decided to move forward with his recommendation. Mitch's design was then sent to our Foreman, Jordan S.

In about a month, Jordan and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. They began lifting the concrete by drilling small holes into the slab and installing the injection ports. PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slab, causing it to lift. Once it has been lifted, the crew ensures it is leveled before sealing the holes with concrete. Lastly, the crew uses NexusPro to seal the cracks and joints. Both PolyLevel and NexusPro are long-lasting with high durability. Once the crew was done with the installations, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

After Mitch finished his inspection, he let the homeowner know we could save her time and money by restoring her concrete using our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected underneath sinking concrete slabs.
