A homeowner in Amboy, MN, grew concerned over a tripping hazard near their front door. After the appointment was set, our Design Specialist, Brad, set out for the home to begin the estimate. Almost immediately, Brad noticed that the patio was beginning to sink which caused the significant dip. Brad suggested that the homeowner lift and level the patio, and they agreed. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew traveled to the property to begin their work. The crew began by clearing off the patio. Next, the crew installed the PolyLevel underneath the entire patio and sidewalk leading to the home. The crew successfully lifted and leveled the patio, and removed the tripping hazard. Our Foreman and his production crew started the installation by injecting our PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk to lift and level the concrete surface. This foam injection is designed to fill the open voids underneath the concrete that is caused by soil erosion. Next, our crew applied our NexusPro over the cracks, which gives the concrete a neat, finished look and it prevents water from seeping underneath.

Wanting a solution for their issue, the homeowner explored many concrete repair options in the surrounding area. Once the estimate appointment was made, we sent out our Design Specialist, Kyle, to the home to inspect the concrete. Following the inspection, Kyle determined the concrete near the home's entrance was sinking and needed to be lifted. After warning them about the long-term damage, Kyle proposed a solution to the homeowner. The homeowner agreed to Kyle's suggestions and a crew was sent out to the home. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew were sent to the home and begin repairs. First, the crew began by injecting the PolyLevel into the sinking concrete slabs. After the PolyLevel was installed, the crew injected NexusPro into the large crack in the sidewalk. Next, the crew shifted their focus to installing the SealantPro in the joints of the sidewalk. Patrick and the crew finished the job and cleaned up their site. The homeowner was pleased with the excellent job completed by the crew. A customer from Chaska, MN got in touch with us when he began to notice his front walkway was beginning to sink away from the home. He feared that if he didn't look into fixing the issue, he would run the risk of the slab settling further, creating a more dramatic tripping hazard. Once the appointment was booked, our Design Specialist, Kyle P, headed out to the home to see what could be done. When he completed his walkthrough, Kyle recommended the use of our PolyLevel solution. He explained that this expanding polyurethane foam is meant to be injected into the concrete slab, filling the void caused by soil erosion to raise and stabilize the slab. Our customer agreed and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew began the process by strategically drilling holes into the concrete slab, after which filled with our PolyLevel solution. They made sure to closely monitor the lifting process so as to not over-correct the slab. When they finished, our customer was happy to know that his tripping hazard worries were in the past!
