A Rogers, MN, homeowner was preparing his home to put on the market. He was told by realtors that uneven or deteriorating concrete on the property could lower the resale value. After Dave concluded his inspection, he informed the homeowner that American Waterworks could address the sinking with our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a dense, polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, slowly lifting concrete back into place. Dave went on to say that after our team lifts the concrete, they will apply our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro, gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete and works to prevent water from getting to the vulnerable soil below. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan, and the work was scheduled for several weeks later.

A homeowner in Saint Francis, MN, was enjoying a lovely spring day when they discovered a significant drop between their garage and garage apron. Having a fear of the issue worsening the homeowner searched for professional opinion. After doing extensive research, the homeowner determined American Waterworks was the best option for them. After the crew completed the lifting and leveling process, they cleaned their site and moved onto the next job. Then, they injected the PolyLevel foam until the concrete was raised and leveled. Lastly, they filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro crack repair and sealant. A homeowner in Maple Plain, MN, knew it was time to have the patio underneath their deck repaired. After Jesus and his crew installed the Helical Piers, the crew could shift their focus to repairing the sunken concrete. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew took their turn lifting the patio back to its original level. The crew utilized PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, to level the patio.  Once the lift was complete, Dylon and his crew shifted their focus to filing the joints using the NexusPro Joint Repair, a silicone-based solution. Since the entire project was complete, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
