After Dylan arrived, he began taking a closer look at the damaged concrete around the home. Dylan determined the driveway needed to be lifted and leveled using PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed. Once the plans were approved by the homeowner and the office, we sent our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew to begin the project. Charlie and his crew started by inserting PolyLevel underneath the garage floor and driveway. After the PolyLevel was installed, the crew shifted their focus to repairing all the cracks using the NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant. Once all the cracks and joints were fixed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below sinking concrete, filling voids left by soil erosion, and slowly lifting the slabs back into place. Dylan finished by saying that the final step in our process is to install our NexusPro.  A silicone-base sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints of the concrete slab, preventing any unwanted water from getting below the slab, potentially compromising the lift. The homeowner agreed and the work was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later.

A homeowner in Fargo, ND, was driving into their driveway when they noticed a significant dip going into their garage. Ian sent the approved proposal to our Logistics team, so they could build the project for production. After the project was built, it was assigned to our Forman, Charlie, and his crew to begin. First, Charlie and his crew started by lifting the sunken driveway with PolyLevel. Once the driveway was lifted, the crew shifted their focus to repairing the damaged joints throughout the concrete. The crew filled these cracks using NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant. After the cracks were filled, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
