A manager at a restaurant in Bismarck, ND, noticed their sidewalk was becoming quite uneven and jagged. Concerned someone would be injured, they began looking for a company that would provide them with a permanent solution. While comparing several companies, the homeowner came across our website and was impressed with our work. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Fargo-based Design Specialists, Ian, to the home to take a closer look. After Ian arrived, he performed a detailed inspection of the surrounding concrete. During his inspection, Ian discovered the concrete required lifting. Ian came up with a proposal that would solve all the issues around the home. Next, Ian presented the proposal to the homeowner and they agreed with his suggestions. Next, Ian passed the plans to the office, so they could schedule the project. Once the project was scheduled, it was assigned to our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew. Charlie and his crew traveled to Bismarck to begin the PolyLevel installation. Once they arrived, Charlie and his crew began by lifting the sidewalk with our PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the sidewalk was leveled, the crew shifted their focus to repairing the cracks. with NexusPro Crack Repair, in the northeast corner of the sidewalk. Once the cracks were repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew.
