A homeowner from Northfield, MN, got in touch with us when she noticed one of her concrete slabs in front of her home was beginning to sink, becoming uneven, and creating a trip hazard. She signed up for her FREE estimate, and a few weeks later, Mitch S, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home to see what could be done. 

After Mitch finished his inspection, he let the homeowner know we could save her time and money by restoring her concrete using our PolyLevel injection. PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected underneath sinking concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion, slowly lifting concrete back into place in the process. Mitch went on to say that once the concrete was lifted, he would like our team to install our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied directly to the cracks and joints of the newly lifted concrete and protects the vulnerable soil below as it's designed to withstand harsh weather conditions. The homeowner liked the sound of the proposed work and decided to schedule the installation for a few weeks later. 

On the day of the project, our Foreman, Pat, and his team were able to complete the lift, level, and seal of the concrete. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing her uneven concrete has been dealt with!

Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete to inject a polymer foam called PolyLevel. Once the foam is injected into the concrete, the foam expands and raises it. Then, they sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant to protect the concrete and give it a nice, finished look. Lastly, they used our SealantPro to seal the concrete, restoring quality and protecting against UV, weather, oil and water damage for 3 to 5 times longer than other concrete sealants. Patricia was pleased with the results and is looking forward to enjoying her newly restored concrete for years to come! 

A homeowner in Rogers, MN, noticed the sidewalk leading to their home was uneven. First, the crew installed the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and the garage floor. Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew shifted their focus to filling all the cracks and joints with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. When all the cracks and joints were filled, the crew could clean up their site and leave the home. The homeowners were appreciative of the excellent work completed by the crew.
