Mike took the measurements while wading in water.  It was a case of "how soon can you install the system?"

Great! 

The office staff was very quick to respond and was receptive to suggestions and requests.

Language barrier was a little difficult and noticed some chunks out of the bottom of my wall from the jack hammer.

We had our walls lined with insulating waterproofing, a new sump pump put in and the crawl space lined and insulated....

They were very pleasant and helpful. Loretta was the one I talked to a couple times!
